Palautuskäytäntö

Haluamme, että olet täysin tyytyväinen ostokseesi. Jos et jostain syystä ole tyytyväinen, voit pyytää palautusta 14 päivän kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta, alla olevien ehtojen mukaisesti.

Palautusehdot

  • Palautukset hyväksytään vain 14 päivän kuluessa toimituspäivästä.
  • Sinun täytyy ottaa yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme ennen kuin lähetät tuotteen takaisin.
  • Tuotteiden on oltava alkuperäisessä kunnossa, käyttämättömiä ja alkuperäispakkauksessa.
  • Hygieniatuotteita (kuten uima-asuja, alusvaatteita ja liivejä) ei voi palauttaa, jos pakkaus on avattu.
  • Tuotteita, joissa on käytön, vahingoittumisen tai muutosten merkkejä, ei hyväksytä.

Palautuksia, jotka lähetetään ilman ennakkoyhteydenottoa, ei hyväksytä.

Palautusprosessi

    • Selkeät kuvat vastaanotetuista tuotteista

  3. Odota asiakaspalvelutiimimme ohjeita ennen kuin lähetät tuotteen takaisin.

 

Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Right to Withdraw

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date the order is delivered (or, for digital services, from the date access is granted).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us of their decision by sending a clear written statement (e.g., email or contact form submission) including their order number and contact information.

How to Withdraw

To request a withdrawal or refund, customers may contact us at:

We will confirm receipt of the withdrawal request without delay.

Refund Timeline

Once a withdrawal request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods (if applicable) or until the customer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Customers will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right to withdraw may not apply to the following (depending on your business—edit as needed):

  • Digital products or services that have been fully delivered and accessed with prior customer consent
  • Custom or personalized goods
  • Services already fully performed

Palautuskustannukset

  • Palautuskustannukset ovat asiakkaan vastuulla.
  • Palautuksen toimituskulut ovat keskimäärin 15–20 € (riippuen sijainnistasi ja kuljetusyhtiöstä).
